Roxy is a New York native who's loved calling Asheville, NC her home for more than a decade. Roxy is driven, creative, compassionate and finds her fulfillment and greatest purpose in serving her community and supporting expecting families.

She co-founded Flow of Life, an organization offering doula trainings, prenatal yoga teacher trainings, prenatal/postnatal yoga classes, embodied childbirth education, and doula services. Additionally, she serves as the co-founder of the non-profit Perinatal Health Connect of WNC.

Drawing from her extensive expertise as a doula, Lamaze childbirth educator, perinatal yoga teacher/trainer, and bodyworker, she provides comprehensive support to birthing families and aspiring birthworkers. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families through the birthing process as both an educator and doula.

Roxy is a DONA International Birth Doula Trainer, sharing her knowledge and skills to mentor a new generation of doulas. Her dedication centers around reproductive and birth justice, advocating that all families deserve access to the support, care, and education necessary for a positive and informed experience in pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. She is committed to expanding the utilization of doula care as a crucial factor in enhancing outcomes for birthing families.

During her free time, you'll often find Roxy attending a hip hop dance class, spending quality time with her cats, or savoring a delicious cup of coffee.
