Roxy is a New York native who's loved calling Asheville, NC her home for more than a decade. Roxy is driven, creative, compassionate and finds her fulfillment and greatest purpose in serving her community and supporting expecting families.

She co-founded Flow of Life, a perinatal health center located in West Asheville. Flow of Life offers doula trainings, prenatal yoga teacher trainings, prenatal/postnatal yoga classes, embodied childbirth education, and doula services. Additionally, she serves as the co-founder of the non-profit Perinatal Health Connect of WNC.

Drawing from her extensive expertise as a doula, Lamaze childbirth educator, perinatal yoga teacher/trainer, and bodyworker, she provides comprehensive support to birthing families and aspiring doulas. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families through the birthing process as both an educator and doula.

Roxy is a DONA International Birth Doula Trainer, sharing her knowledge and skills to mentor a new generation of doulas. Her dedication centers around reproductive and birth justice, advocating that all families deserve access to the support, care, and education necessary for a positive and informed experience in pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. She is committed to expanding the utilization of doula care as a crucial factor in enhancing outcomes for birthing families.

Roxy calls West Asheville home, where she lives with her husband, son, and three fur babies (two cats and one dog). Outside of her work, you can usually find her enjoying a good cup of coffee, wandering to the park with her family, or joyfully escaping to her weekly hip-hop dance class.
