6 Week Embodied Birth Series
Join us for the 6 week Embodied Birth Series! This virtual training combines a DONA-approved birth doula workshop with essential prenatal yoga teaching skills and embodiment practices for birthwork. Grow as a facilitator and educator as you deepen your understanding of birth through movement and embodied techniques. Meeting Mondays and Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm EST. Intro to childbirth education is included.
Weekend Embodied Birth Training
Join us for the Embodied Birth Doula Training! This DONA-approved workshop will guide you through a weekend of immersive learning as you build essential skills and a deep understanding of birthwork. Step into this journey to embody the knowledge, presence, and confidence needed to support families through the birthing experience. Intro to childbirth education is included.

Hey there, I’m Roxy! It would be my honor to accompany you on your journey towards becoming a birth doula. Being a doula is a profound life passion and calling.
Embarking on the path to becoming a birth doula is a truly transformative journey. After nearly a decade immersed in birthwork, I can confidently say that my passion for this role and profession has only deepened over time. Since 2015, I've been privileged to witness hundreds of births and guide families through the transition from pregnancy to parenthood in Asheville, NC.
I take immense pride in being a DONA International Birth Doula Trainer. DONA International serves as an invaluable resource, wielding tremendous influence in advancing and fortifying the doula profession on a global scale.
